Philanthropy

  • By engaging in Philanthropic events, our brothers are able to not only identify causes they feel empowered by, but to get involved with causes as a whole, working together to achieve a common goal. The Delta Omicron chapter is involved with a number of philanthropic events, more so than any other organization.

    Families of Fallen Soldiers Fund

This cause was brought to light personally for the chapter in the Fall of 2006. Two brother's experienced the loss of their father who was killed in action over seas. Thebrothers sit at a table to college money for the FOFSFchapter banded together to come aid our brothers and their family. The chapter raised money which was then given to the family to help with funeral expenses.

Since that Fall semester, the chapter has continued to raise money for needy families and is currently in search of another family in such a crisis.
